Prices shown on this website, including the instant quote calculator, are estimates only. A final price is confirmed after a free site visit and measurement. Prices are in AED and are subject to change without prior notice.

2. Free Site Visit & Measurement

We offer a free, no-obligation site visit to measure your windows and confirm your final quote. Booking a visit does not commit you to a purchase.

3. Orders & Payment

An order is confirmed once you approve the final quote and make the agreed deposit or payment, as communicated to you directly. Full payment terms will be shared before work begins.

4. Installation

Installation is carried out by our team or approved partners. Access to the property and accurate window details must be provided by the customer to ensure a correct fit.

5. Warranty

Our motors and workmanship are covered by a warranty as specified at the time of purchase. This does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear.

6. Cancellations

Since fabrics and motors are custom-fitted to your windows, cancellation terms and any applicable fees will be explained clearly before your order is confirmed.
